Shipping and Delivery

How do I return an item purchased online ?

Item can be returned by mail within 30 days from the date of delivery Steps for return 1. Pack items in shipping box 2. Include shippng invoice, confirmation email, and reason for return *** Malcolm Maven will not be resposible for reimbursing customers for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen 3. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package and drop it off at a USPS location 4. Once item is recieved at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. You will recieve a confirmation email upon completion of return Please note, select items may be non refundable/returnable.



How can I track my package ?

Tracking number will be provided via email after transaction is processed and shipped



Will Covid-19 affected my shipping time

At Malcolm Maven our top priority is the safety and health of our customers and employees. We ask to allow 2-3 business days of extended processing time to cope with the challeges presented by Covid-19



Is Internationally shipping available ?

Unfortantely, Malcolm Maven does not currently ship internationally

Products that can be purchased in advance before their official release. Pre-ordering ensures you recieve the product first. Please allow at least several weeks after pre-order for delivery of product.

Malcolm Maven's iconic crowned strapbacks are 180 grams
